15-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send merchandise back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at vonnisvarieties@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photographs so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

JEWELRY RETURNS, TARNISHING & DISCOLORATION

Vonni's Varieties offers fashion jewelry, including stainless steel, gold-plated, silver-tone, and other fashion accessories.

Fashion jewelry may experience changes in appearance over time, including tarnishing, fading, or discoloration.

Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, perspiration, cleaning products, and other chemicals may accelerate these changes.

Tarnishing, fading, or discoloration resulting from normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, or improper jewelry care is not eligible for a return or refund.

However, if jewelry arrives damaged, defective, discolored, or different from its advertised description, please contact us promptly.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

JEWELRY CARE RECOMMENDATIONS

To help preserve the appearance and quality of your jewelry, we recommend:

- Removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
- Avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Storing jewelry in a clean, dry location.
- Gently cleaning jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoiding excessive moisture and prolonged exposure to perspiration.

Proper care can help extend the appearance and lifespan of fashion jewelry.

EXCEPTIONS

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards, final-sale items, and personalized items are also nonreturnable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after your return is approved and place a new order.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after the approved return has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

CUSTOMER PROTECTION

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE

This updated return policy applies to purchases made on or after October 24, 2026.

Orders placed before this date remain subject to the return terms in effect at the time of purchase.
